Our childcare program continues the principles and practices which, during our 27 years of experience, have received considerable praise on the part of both parents and kindergarten teachers who have had our ‘graduates’ in their classes.
We have adapted a cognitively oriented curriculum in which children are active, both physically and mentally, and in which they seek out and organize information on their own. Children acquire the beginning skills for reading, language arts, mathematics, and science.
Time is set aside each day for a prayer before meals and sometimes for a short story about the wonders of Gods’ world. Two-, three-, and four-year olds have a weekly Bible story and Christian music time.
We teach a message common to all denominations, emphasizing the love of God and Jesus Christ and treating all people with respect. We do not teach the doctrine of any particular denomination.
